but not just introduction. Many titles commence with this word.
Author: Type the surname first for personal names (names of authors, editors, composers, artists, etc).
For example: white patrick.
Enter corporate names in order, for example Australian Medical Association.
Subject: Type as much of the Library of Congress Subject Heading as you know, beginning with the first word.
For example: Sports medicine--Australia
or Sports.
Keyword: Multiple keywords are searched for as distinct words.
For example: global warming is searched as global AND warming
If those keywords appear as a phrase in a title then
the item with that title is ranked highest in the results.
For an exact phrase use quotation marks.
More tips
Barcode: Type all, or part of the barcode number from the beginning of the number.
For example: b1340058 (to find b13400587). The last digit is dropped.
Call Number: Type as much of the call number as you know, from the beginning of the number. Enter the decimal point where present, and include a space between each component.
